Classes/Clinics

All classes and clinics are nonrefundable once registration is complete. You are able to switch your child into another class if there is availability. If you would like to switch your child from a class, please email us at nvsa@nvsacloster.com.

Make Up Policy

NVSA offers unlimited make-up credits for any absences that occur throughout the session. To qualify for a make-up credit, you must reach out to us via email at least 24 hours before your class.

Make-up credits can be used to attend any age-appropriate class offered within the same session in which they were issued (Winter 2 Session ends April 13th, 2025).

Please note that we cannot guarantee that a make-up class will be available that works with your schedule. Additionally, make-up classes cannot be scheduled for classes that are completely full.

If you do not show up to a class or clinic and give no advance notice to NVSA, you forfeit that class. We understand life happens, but some of our programs heavily depend on participant attendance. Please contact us if you know that you are going to miss a class.

Summer Camp

Summer Camp registrations are nonrefundable.

If you need switch your registration, we offer summer camp make up credits. These credits can be used to attend another day of summer camp 2025. Please note that these credits will expire at the end of the summer.

Please also note, we must be notified at least 24 hours prior to your absence in order to qualify for any form of credit. If you do not show up to camp and give no advance notice to NVSA, you forfeit that class. We understand life happens, but some of our programs heavily depend on participant attendance. Please contact us if you know that you are going to miss a day or week of camp.

School Break Camps

School Break Camp registrations are nonrefundable.

If you need switch your registration, we offer school break camp make up credits. These credits can be used to attend another day of school break camp in the same school year. Please note that these credits will expire at the end of the year.

Playbox Membership

Playbox Memberships are nonrefundable. If you'd like to cancel your membership once the month has begun, no refund nor credit will be awarded.

Playbox Open Play

If you need to cancel your Playbox open play reservation, you will be offered a Playbox open play make up credit which can be used to reschedule your reservation at a later date. Please note, you must inform NVSA prior to your scheduled reservation to qualify for a Playbox open play make up credit.

Birthday Party Deposits

Birthday party deposits are nonrefundable. If you need to reschedule your birthday party to a different date/time, your deposit can be credited for your new party (presuming an alternative date/time is available). Deposit must be used for the same child within 4 months of your original party date.

Shows/Special Events

Many shows and events are collaborations with outside vendors. NVSA does not have authority to issue refunds for these events.

Private Lessons

Private lessons must be paid for immediately upon making your booking. If you need to cancel your private lesson with at least 24 hours notice you will receive a full NVSA credit which can be used towards future private lessons only.

Open Play

Open Play must be paid for immediately upon making your reservation. If you need to cancel your open play reservation with at least 24 hours notice you will receive a full NVSA credit which can be used towards future open play reservations only.

Rentals

1/2 of your total payment must be paid for immediately upon making your reservation as a deposit to reserve your rental. The remaining 1/2 of your payment will be due on the first day of your rental. No credit nor refund will be awarded should you have to cancel your rental.

If a child requires an aide or small group learning environment at school, they will also need an aide or therapist at camp. Please note that aides cannot be parents, and a form must be completed prior to the child’s attendance at camp. Please email us nvsa@nvsacloster.com to receive this form.

Grown-Up and Me Classes (Ages 2 and Under)

For our Grown-Up and Me classes, children under the age of 2 must have an adult present to actively participate in the class. The more involved the parent or caregiver is during the session, the greater the benefit for the child. Your engagement helps foster a positive learning environment, encourages social development, and makes the experience more enjoyable for both child and parent.

Pre-K 3 & Pre-K 4 Classes (Ages 3 and 4)

In our Pre-K 3 and Pre-K 4 classes, an adult is required to remain in the building for the entire duration of the class. While parents are not expected to participate directly in the activities, your presence is essential for safety and support. This policy ensures that you are available in case your child needs assistance and that you can provide comfort and encouragement as they adjust to the class environment.
