NVSA FALL FLAG FOOTBALL
PRACTICE & PLAY LEAGUES
Our players will have a blast in our instructional practice + play flag football league at NVSA! These leagues are designed to teach players the fundamentals of flag football while making new friends & growing their self-confidence! Children will learn and focus on basic football skills, strategy, teamwork and techniques. The class will be held in a positive, fun, and non-contact environment. Throwing, catching, positioning, and basic game knowledge will be covered. All skill levels are welcome!
Kindergarten league will be 45 minutes long (25 min practice followed by 20 min league play)
1st+2nd Grade leagues will be 55 minutes long (25 min practice followed by 30 min league play)
Kindergarten League
Fridays 3:45pm-4:30pm
The first session will be a “practice session.” Official teams will be assigned after the first “practice session” on 9/16. (Max 4 teams per league)
1st & 2nd League
Fridays 4:35pm-5:30pm

General League Information:
(Kindergarten) There will be one 45 min session per week. First 25 min of the session will be practice followed by a 20 minute game.
(1st + 2nd) There will be one 55 min session per week. First 25 min of the session will be practice followed by a 30 minute game.
There are no tryouts. All children signed up will be placed on a team!
The first day of the league will be a “practice day.” Official teams will be made after the first practice session.
Teams are Co-Ed. All kids will receive equal playing time. Please let us know if your child will not be able to attend.
All players will receive a team uniform & must wear it to all games!
